The Dorsey Team was established on August 27, 1988., When they took their wedding vows, their motto then was that divorce is not an option, and they have been working diligently toward that vein ever since. During their 35-year marriage, they have encountered many obstacles, including the loss of a baby. They have survived marital disconnection, discord, and disenfranchisement. They took their problems and turned it into purpose. In 2018, they established Fruitful Marriage Events, where they host Together 4Ever Conferences, workshops, and other events geared toward building healthy marriages and families.

 

William is a published author, Bible teacher, and speaker. He earned his Associate of Applied Science degree from St. Peter's University. He is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Marriage & Relationship Coach, and Grief Facilitator. He is a deep well and great source of uncommon knowledge, from which he derives great pleasure of sharing.

 

Novella works as a Grief Counseling Specialist and has her BA in Psychology & Counseling. She has always been driven to help others achieve their highest potential and has been mentoring and coaching others for over 20 years. She is a Certified Life Coach & Trainer, Certified Marriage & Relationship Coach, Certified Grief Coach, Gottman Facilitator, and lifelong learner. 

 

Together their greatest accomplishments of their 35-year marriage are their two beautiful daughters, Jahrè & Jania who they love to dote on. Being Mommy & Daddy are their greatest titles.
